The games will be held in Albuquerque, NM June JUNE 14-25. The Upstate Senior Softball 70’s Team will be participating June 21-25.
The National Senior Games, a 20-sport, biennial competition for men and women 50 and over, is the largest multi-sport event in the world for seniors. For more information on The National Senior games you can visit nsga.com.
Upstate Senior Softball is open to all seniors age 55 and over who are physically able to play softball. There are players at all skill levels and they play each other in practice games on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. You can play just for fun, or work on your skills to play on one of the competitive teams. The competitive teams play other cities and go to softball tournaments.
