Spartanburg is best place to live in South Carolina, says U.S. News

In August, U.S. News released its Best Places to Live in South Carolina in 2021-22 and Spartanburg ranked No. 1. Here’s some of what U.S News said about Hub City:

“With multiple institutions of higher learning and a burgeoning food scene, Spartanburg always offers things to do on the weekends. Locals can ride their bicycles around town, shop at farmers markets, check out festivals, or enjoy local restaurants and breweries. Easley Mill was a center of community life for almost a century. Thirty years after its looms and spindles were silenced, the four-story brick structure on South 5th Street was again buzzing with activity as tenants of the new Easley Mill Lofts began moving in this past August.
