Three for Three Honors Event
Every year, Spartanburg County School District Three puts on their Three for Three Honors event to help raise money for college scholarships for some of their soon-to-be graduates.
This year is the third year for the event and will take place on February 26 at 6:15 pm at the District Three Community Auditorium located at 381 Cherry Hill Rd in Spartanburg.
This years Three for Three Honors event will begin with a silent auction and reception starting at 6:15 p.m. After that, the three honorees will accept their awards at 7:00 p.m. Following awards, special guest Backline will perform.
Backline is a five piece band out of Spartanburg, SC. They came together in March, 2016. Since then, they have hit the ground striving to fulfill their musical goals. They have a sound that is fresh, fun, different, yet familiar at the same time. Their style of picking has proven to be modern, with just enough traditional flare that it catches the ear of the younger generation of bluegrass listeners.

If anyone is willing to donate new auction items for the silent auction portion of the evening, we offer 2 free tickets to the event.
All proceeds from the the Three for Three Honors event will go to the Florence Moore Scholars Fund. Florence Moore was a huge part of our community and made it her goal to make sure every Broome graduate received money if they were going to college.
