Sylvan Learning Center announces February’s teacher of the month

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Anna Davis has been named Sylvan Learning Center’s teacher of the month.
After graduating from Costal Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in biology, Davis started work at Sylvan’s Greenville location in November of 2019. At Sylvan, Davis is a math tutor specializing in material from early elementary through high school levels. In the few months she has been at Sylvan, Davis has already built strong relationships with the students while advancing their math skills.
“Because of her work, we are seeing great improvement with our students, with many of them getting through three to five Learning Objectives each hour they work with her,” said Wendy Green, Center Director for Sylvan Learning Center. “She brings great enthusiasm to the center.”
Outside of Sylvan, Davis is a veterinary assistant and an active member of the Sloth Appreciation Society. When she’s not working, Davis loves being around animals, crafting and knitting.
