Spring Spartanburg Area Home & Garden Show set for May 22-23

If you’re building, buying or remodeling a home, you’ll want to be at Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium May 22-23 for the 8th Annual Spring Spartanburg Area Home & Garden Show.
The free admission event will feature the latest home improvement products and services for inside and outside the house, including home furnishings and accessories. And experts will be on hand to discuss remodeling ideas and decorating tips. The show promises the latest from floor to roof, and patio to pool.
With 2020 in the rearview mirror, there is plenty of excitement in the home building and home remodeling markets, as professional contractors are capitalizing on low-interest rates, a growing housing market, and increased demand for home remodels, according to the Better Business Bureau.
According to Porch.com, a BBB Accredited Business, 76 percent of homeowners in the United States have completed at least one home improvement project since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. According to a Harvard University study, annual spending on home renovation and repair was expected to increase by 4.1 percent in the first quarter of 2021 and continue to grow until the third quarter of the year.
The Spring Spartanburg Area Home & Garden Show is sponsored by WSPA News 7, Spartanburg Herald-Journal, WSSL 100.5 FM and 102.5 The Lake.
