Spartanburg Parks Summer Camp and Summer Adventure Camp

Do you know what your kids will be doing this summer? Spartanburg Parks has a great line up of affordable, and fun, summer camps! Spots are already filling up quickly!
- Spartanburg Parks Summer Camp and Summer Adventure Camp
Summer Camp (age 5 – 12) and Summer Adventure Camp (ages 10 – 15) registration is open now, and spaces are filling up fast, so act quickly to make sure your child has a spot!
Summer Camp:
Summer Day Camp for children ages 5-12 is offered for 8 weeks during summer break. June 10th – August 9th. $90 per week per child (includes all trips and activities) One-time $45 deposit. Activities include games, arts and crafts, guest speakers and field trips. Current Summer Day Camp sites are:
- Inman Elementary School
- Timken Community Center (Cowpens)
- Upstate Family Resource Center (Boiling Springs)
- Woodruff Leisure Center
A limited number of half summer (4-weeks) scholarships are available.
Scholarships are offered for Summer Camp, based on need. Applications can be found on spartanburgparks.org and are due March 15th.
Adventure Camp:
Adventure Camp (Ages 10 – 15) Six 1-Week sessions $170 per week (includes all field trips and activities) Whitewater rafting, zip lining, mountain climbing, etc.
Each session has a unique theme and provides new outdoor and adventure experiences. Adventure Camp meets at the Lake Cooley Outdoor Education Center, but offsite travel is frequent. Due to the high adventure activities involved in this camp, space is very limited to maintain proper staff to camper ratios.
