Sidewall Pizza, Little River Coffee Bar Coming to Montgomery Building

SPARTANBURG, SC (WSPA) – Developers for the historic Montgomery Building in Spartanburg, announced construction plans Tuesday. BF Spartanburg, LLC says construction is expected to be completed in November 2018 and will house a tech company, Sidewall Pizza Company and Little River Coffee Bar on the first floor.

This will be the second location for Little River Coffee Bar, which is also located in downtown Spartanburg on Main Street, and the fifth location for Sidewall Pizza Company, which is planning to open a fourth location in Clemson this Fall.  Sidewall Pizza company owners say they are planning to open in 2019.

The 10-story building will also have a fitness center for apartment residents and the public.

GROUND FLOOR

10,000 sqft. of retail and dining space.

2ND FLOOR

11,000 sqft. of office space

3RD – 10TH FLOORS

72 high-end residential apartments
