Low Carb Pimento Cheese

½ C mayonnaise (Dukes)
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp powdered garlic
¼ tsp fine sea salt
¼ tsp white pepper
2 tsp. potato flakes
2 tsp. jalapeno juice
4 oz. pimento (diced pimento)
8 oz. hand grated Monterrey Jack Cheese
- Mix together mayo, cream cheese, onion flakes, powdered garlic, sea salt, white pepper & potato flakes in stand mixer until well incorporated
- Mix in jalapeno juice and diced pimentos on low for 10-15 seconds
- Fold in grated cheese by hand
*You may want to add in more mayonnaise depending on the consistency you prefer. You may substitute a different grated cheese if you desire.
