Here is a list of July Fourth events around Upstate SC and western NC.

All fireworks begin around 9:45 p.m.

SOUTH CAROLINA

Anderson – Trinity Springs Church of God – Fourth of July Celebration- July 7th – 5 p.m.

Anderson – Homeland Park Fire Department 4th of July Celebration

Boiling Springs – Boiling Springs Community Park- Independence Celebration in the park – starts at 7 p.m.

Clemson – 1569 Eighteen Mile Road in Central – 25th annual Clemsonfest – July 3 – gates open at 5pm – $10 per car. The festival will include a live performance at 6 p.m. by the Carolina Coastal band.

Easley – Old Market Square downtown Easley – City of Easley and Gilstrap Family Dealership  Celebrate America festival – 2 p.m. – 10 p.m. The festival will feature a variety of local vendors, carnival rides, and free concerts.

Pickens – Pickens Amphitheater – Fourth of July celebration
there will be food truck and music by the Jake Bartley Band

Greenville – downtown Greenville- Wells Fargo Red, White, and Blue Festival – 5pm -10pm
featuring multiple bands and live radio broadcasts from WESC 92.5 FM

Greenwood – SC Festival of Stars – July 3&4

•  Hwy 246 S/Saluda Street- off Hwy 34
•  July 3-Performances from local bands and dancers
•  July 4-Contests and events, amusement rides, Live music and entertainment
•  Fireworks begin at night time

Lake Murray- Lake Murray dam –  30th annual lake Murray 4th of July show – starts at noon – $2 for adults, $1.25 SC Seniors, FREE for children 15 years and younger

Liberty – Liberty Elementary school – Love my Liberty and Fireworks Spectacular – events start at 6 p.m.

Marietta- Slater Mill Field – Freedom fest – july 3 – events begin at 5 p.m.

Newberry – Fireworks Celebration
• Newberry high school
• Free entry and activities
• Food and games for kids of all ages
• Skydiving celebration at 8 p.m.
• Fireworks begin at dusk

Newspring Church “‘Merica parties”: July 5th

Spartanburg- Barnet Park- Red, White, and Boom – 6pm – 10pm
performances by Spartanburg Community band and Jessie’s Girls

Westminster – American Legion Post 107 – Celebration of freedom – July 5 – 6pm

 

NORTH CAROLINA

Asheville – Pack Square Park- Independence day Celebration- events start at 2pm
children activities available, (bouncy house, Splashville) live music by Larry Keel Experience, a performance by ultimate air dogs.

Brevard – Downtown Brevard – Independence day – Events begin at 9 a.m.

Columbus – Columbus town office –  56th annual Fabulous 4th – events begin at 8 a.m.

Lake Lure – lake Lure – Fireworks over lake Lure – 3rd of July – starts at 8pm

Hendersonville – historic courthouse in downtown Hendersonville – Independence day – events start at 6 p.m.

Highlands – Highlands Civic Center – Starts at 9:15

Mountain Rest – Verner Mill Road – Hillbilly day – events start at 9am
there will be bluegrass music, barbecue, and  a greased pig chase
