Imagine Upstate Festival among weekend events

(WSPA) — Drones, robots and zip lines! Do it all at the Imagine Upstate Festival.

They’ll have lots of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) activities and it’s all free. The festival is happening Saturday from 11 am until 5 pm at the West End of Greenville. Families can expect to see science experiments and interactive displays.

The zip line is just one of the new attractions this year. Another is Steam-Fari, a Greenville Zoo inspired exhibit where you can see how zoo experts track animals and even see how a snake hunts using thermal vision.

Three Dog Night is playing at the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium Friday night at 8 pm. They’re celebrating nearly five decades as a group.

Spend your Sunday Funday with Community Tap and Coastal Crust Pizza.

They’re having a pizza party from 4 pm until 7 pm  on Sunday. The Coastal Crust truck will be pulling up to Community Tap on Wade Hampton in Greenville.

They will cook up a variety of pizzas to go with beers on tap. Get tickets for $15 online.
