Grilling tips for Memorial Day Weekend

GREENVILLE, SC (WSPA) – This Memorial Day weekend, many families will be firing up the grill. Firebirds Grill offered some advice for grilling meats both indoors and outdoors, suggesting to season meats before cooking, flip the steak twice, cook according to personal preference (about 5-6 minutes on each side) and let the meat rest before cutting against the grain.
The restaurant, located on Woodruff Road, is offering a special “buy one get one free entrée” promotion to all veterans and current members of the military Monday, May 25th.
