Heather’s Spring Break Road Trip:
Heather will be taking a road trip to Isle of Palms in Chaleston for spring break and says there are some really good deals with Wild Dunes. She and her family will also take a trip to Patriots Point while they are there.

It’s also home to the Patriots Point Museum and a fleet of National Historic Landmark ships, the Cold War Memorial and the only Vietnam Experience Exhibit in the U.S., the Congressional Medal of Honor Society, and the agency’s official Medal of Honor Museum.
Patriots Point strives to preserve the living history of our nation’s bravest men and women while telling their stories in honorable, educational and engaging ways.

- Military in uniform receive FREE admission.
- Active duty Military with ID receives $5 off adult admission.
- Children under 6 are FREE with 1 paid adult admission ticket.

Taste of the Upstate is a Sunday jazz and gospel brunch benefiting Loaves & Fishes at Zen, Downtown Greenville, on April 7th from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $40 and include all-you-can-eat tastings from some of Greenville’s best restaurants, live music from the Greenville Jazz Collective and St. Anthony’s Men’s Choir!
NEW in 2019!! This year, we’re incorporating art from Greenville’s Open Arts Studio! Pieces from local artists will be up for auction as well as live entertainment as artists work on pieces live at Taste of the Upstate!
All proceeds from this event stay local and help us continue our mission of rescuing food and reducing hunger in Greenville County.

Greer International Festival
April 27th
11am-4pm in Greer City Park
Learn more about more than 40 countries from representatives at each booth. Enjoy native performances and perhaps even give the musical instruments a try yourself.
Grab a snack from one of the many vendors on the City Park promenade or a food truck. You’ll find everything from gyros to fajitas here!
