It’s Monday and for a lot of us we just dropped kids off for the first day of school. Maybe now you can finally start concentrating on you and getting yourself back in shape and moving a little more. If you are a workout novice or maybe you just need a few easy exercises you can do on your own each day then you’re in the right place.
Our friends with the Greenville Health System make moving easy. They have a program called MoveWell. It allows you to work out anytime anywhere. Kendra is a personal trainer and will be providing us with some easy moves. Today you need a towel if you’re a beginner and maybe a light weight if you’re a little more advanced and a little room to do jumping jacks. The rest is in your control!!
