Dog park and bar opens in Greenville

GREENVILLE, SC (WSPA) – A dog friendly bar is now open in Greenville that also has its own dog park.

Called The Unleashed Dog Bar, it’s the first of its kind to open in the Upstate. Dogs can go off the leash after entering the partially covered dog park, which is about 3,000 square feet.

Beer, wine and mimosas are on the menu, served in plastic cups. Frozen yogurt cups for dogs are also available in vanilla and peanut butter flavors.

There is an inside bar area where dogs must remain on the leash, and several TVs, games and seating outside in the dog park.

Dogs must have a $3 day pass or a $10 annual membership to enter (membership for any additional dogs are $5) and must be spayed or neutered over the age of 1 and vaccinated.

The Unleashed Dog Bar is open Tuesday through Sunday and is located at 69 Rocky Slope Road in Greenville.
