Comedic legend John Witherspoon performing in Greenville

The Comedy Zone is hosting John Witherspoon this weekend.

We were lucky enough to have him stop by our 7 On Main studio for a chat.

Witherspoon is probably best known for his role in the Friday series of movies.

He is also been featured on The Tracy Morgan Show, The Boondocks and Black Jesus.

He’ll perform two shows at the club both Friday and Saturday nights.  Tickets are on sale now.
