Changes to Local Football Schedules Due to Hurricane Florence
Did you have plans to watch football this weekend? Today in our Living Upstate Series, we want to keep you up to date on all of the changes and cancelations. The University of South Carolina has confirmed that they are canceling their Saturday football game against Marshall. They will make a decision later in the season if there is an opportunity to play a 12th regular season game.
Clemson University has also announced that their game on Saturday against Georgia Southern has been moved up. The game is now scheduled for Noon. Plans for the ESPN broadcast of the game are still being determined and will be communicated once finalized.
Furman University says that the Colgate football game and Cross Country Classic have been canceled due to Hurricane Florence.
