Carolina Eats – Fall in a Pan
Mary Taylor shared her Fall in a Pan recipe with us for our Carolina Eats Apple Recipes contest.
6 boneless pork loin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple juice
Sweet Potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2 Apples, Fuji or Gala Pepper
- Preheat over to 375 degrees.
- Place pork loin in A 9×13 pan. Cover with sweet potatoes and sliced apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pepper. Drizzle with apple juice. Cover tightly with tin foil.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered until apples and potatoes are tender.
Tip: if you don’t want extra apple juice, buy individual juice boxes. You can use one box for the recipe and save the extra for when grand babies come over.
