Carolina Eats – Nana’s Vegetable Soup
Azilenn Turner shared “Nana’s Vegetable Soup” recipe with us for our Carolina Eats Sensational Soups contest.
2 cans tomatoes
1 onion (chopped)
3 potatoes (cut to cubes)
bag baby carrots (cut to your liking)
bag of frozen mixed vegetables
Add ingredients and a couple dashes of garlic salt, onion salt, pepper and salt to pot and cook until potatoes and carrots are tender. Azilenn said she likes to cook hers for about four hours. You can also add hamburger or stew meat to the soup.
