Carolina Eats : Church Window Cookies

Ingredients

1 stick butter

2 cups chocolate chips

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 ½ cups sweetened shredded coconut

1 bag colored mini marshmallows
Instructions

Melt the butter and chocolate chips over low heat.

Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes.

Stir in the marshmallows and walnuts.

Lay out two sheets of wax paper and sprinkle each with coconut.

Divide the mixture into two portions and place each on a coconut-coated sheet.

Shape into two logs.

Coat the tops and sides with more coconut.

Roll tightly in wax paper, twisting the ends.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Slice into rounds and serve.
