  • ¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • ¼ tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tbsp pickle juice

  • 1 tsp dill seed

  • ½ tsp stone ground mustard

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Bread or tortilla wraps (for serving)

  • Lettuce & tomato (optional toppings)

Directions

  1. Slice avocado.

  2. In a large bowl, combine tuna, apple, onion, celery, walnuts, mayo, cumin, pickle juice, dill seed, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Tips & Serving Ideas

  • Lighten it up: Use Greek yogurt instead of mayo.

  • Meal prep ready: Store the tuna mixture in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • Add crunch: Swap walnuts for almonds or pecans.

  • Wrap it up: Try lettuce cups for a low-carb option.
